What our clients say.

Real words from the participants and families we work with every day.

I highly recommend Brie at Zebra Care. She has been fantastic in the way she has handled my son’s account. Her management style is very efficient and professional. I still feel in control of the bills while she does all the hard work.

If you are looking for a quality plan manager, Zebra Care is the place to go.

FAQs

What is Plan Management and do I need it?

Plan Management is when a registered Plan Manager handles the financial side of your NDIS funding: paying providers, keeping records and tracking your budget. You don’t need it, but it takes the admin off your plate while still letting you choose your own providers, including unregistered ones.

How do I switch Plan Managers?

It’s easier than most people expect, especially under PACE. Let your current Plan Manager know, complete the endorsement with the NDIS over the phone and fill in our online registration form. We handle the transfer from there. There’s no cost to switch and no disruption to your services.

How quickly do you pay invoices?

We action every invoice fast, often the same day, rather than batching them like larger providers. Once we submit your claim, the NDIA typically releases funds the next business day, and we pay your provider without delay. NDIA processing is outside our control and can occasionally take longer.

What happens if there is an issue with an invoice?

If an invoice is missing information or something doesn’t look right, we contact the provider directly to sort it out before it’s processed. You won’t be left chasing it yourself.

Can I use any provider I want if I’m Plan Managed?

Yes. Plan Management generally allows both registered and unregistered providers, giving you more flexibility than NDIA Managed funding.

What’s the difference between Plan Management, Self Management and NDIA Management?

Self Managed means you pay providers yourself, wait for reimbursement and keep all the records. NDIA Managed means the NDIA pays your providers directly, but you can only use registered providers. Plan Managed means we get invoices NDIS compliant, pay them from your plan funding so you’re not out of pocket and keep the records, while you keep the freedom to choose your providers.
