Accessibility
A website that works for everyone.
How we make our website easier to use, and how to tell us if something gets in your way.
Our commitment.
We want everyone to be able to use our website, including people with disability and people using assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we’ve done.
- Clear, plain English throughout the site.
- Text and colours chosen for strong contrast.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Animations are switched off if your device is set to reduce motion.
- Form fields have labels, and errors are explained in words, not just colour.
- Images that carry meaning have text descriptions.
Known limitations.
Some documents, such as PDFs, may not yet be fully accessible. If you need any information in a different format, contact us and we’ll provide it.
Getting help.
- If you need an interpreter, call the Translating and Interpreting Service on 131 450 and ask them to call us on 0400 222 420.
- If you’re deaf, or have a hearing or speech impairment, you can contact us through the National Relay Service.
Tell us about a problem.
If something on our website is hard to use, please let us know. Call 0400 222 420, email hello@zebracare.com.au or use our contact form. We aim to respond within one business day.
